I'm Lewis. I train at a level most people don't, because that's what I want for my own body. You don't have to want the same thing. What I bring to my own work, I bring to yours.
That means a coach who treats every program like it's his own. Fat loss. First time in a gym. Getting back into it after kids. Looking better in clothes. Pushing a stage prep. All welcome. All taken seriously.
If I cut corners on myself, I'd cut them on you. I don't.
